Rush Processing

Understanding Our Order Processing

Once your order enters our system, it must move through multiple departments along it's journey to completion. Processing is essentially the "Internal Handling Time" to complete your order prior to shipping. Processing time has nothing to do with "Transit Time" which is a level of service your carrier of choice offers at checkout.

The chart below illustrates the differences and principles of "Standard & RUSH Processing". 


Standard Processing - We process orders by a standard FIFO (First In, First Out) method. We complete orders in the order they enter our system.

Rush Processing - Expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be packed, shipped and on the road the same business day it is placed. For Rush Processing to be effective, your order must be submitted by 1PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after 1PM EST week days & weekends (anytime) will be treated as before 1PM EST for the next business day and ship accordingly. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order the same/next business day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.

NOTE: During "Peak Holiday" periods, our internal processing times frequently extend to 4 days due to extreme volume.  Covid 19 has presented unique challenges for the carriers in 2020 during non-peak times, causing delays in transit times.  Rush processing can help offset these delays.  While we have no control over "transit times", we can control getting it out the door and on their truck quicker!
