Our all-natural Skeeter's Jamaican Pimento Aromatic Smoker Chips come from pimento or allspice trees, which were identified in 1509 and given a name similar to the Spanish word for peppercorn. Jamaican Pimento is a rare wood that can smoke a beer. Our pimento wood chunks pair well with popular Jamaican beers. This is the same tree that provides the allspice berry.
